Shipping policy

We ship all of our orders after payment is received/verified through the shipping option selected at the time the order was placed. We can make different shipping arrangements at our discretion if we deem it necessary. Our kits are hand made therefore our orders should usually arrive at the shipping destination in 10 to 14 days.

 We ship our kit products in an 11 x 14 envelope unless the order placed contains more than 3 or 4 kits depending on the size of the kits. In this case orders will be shipped in a regular cardboard box and may be shipped priority mail.

Pattern products will be shipped in an 11 x 14 envelope and may consist of multiple shipments on orders that contain several patterns.

Digital products are available upon completed payment processing and can be downloaded immediately. Our Patterns by Mail are shipped via USPS and all will have a tracking number assigned.  We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by the United States Postal Service.
